We are on a mission — to make contact with the stars. The world. The universe. The future. And we want you on board.

The goal of the Minnesota Planetarium Society is to:

  1. Develop & delivery astronomy and earth science outreach programs & sky events.
    Lead a Make Contact campaign for the new Planetarium and Space Discovery Center.
  2. Develop the vision, design, governance and programs for the new Minnesota Planetarium and Space Discovery Center.
  3. Raise funds for its operations.
  4. Develop a membership program.
  5. Recruit and utilize volunteers.
  6. Develop strong partnerships with libraries, schools and other informal education institutions.
